Training rotations and TDY windows that move a day at a time. The Randolph community books us for the stretch between arriving and having their own vehicle in the driveway, which is rarely the stretch anyone planned for.

Medical training runs long and arrives constantly. The Fort Sam Houston community usually needs a vehicle for weeks rather than days, which is a different arrangement from a daily rate and a cheaper one.

Take the keys and go
We confirm the class, the timing and what it costs before anything is final — so the handover itself is a licence, a card, and a set of keys. Nothing turns up at the kerb that was not on the screen.
Booking takes a couple of minutes and a person answers the other end of it. What we ask for — licence, payment method, and the terms that apply to your age group — is set out in full on our rental requirements and policies page, and we confirm all of it with you before anything is final.

- Pickup and return run Monday to Friday 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. An after-hours drop-off is available on request — a real arrangement rather than a favour, agreed while you book rather than on the night.
- The terms arrive before the booking
- The rate for your class and dates, the deposit, the mileage allowance and the cancellation terms are all quoted while you book. Nothing appears at handover that was not on the screen when you agreed to it.
- A deposit you can plan for
- $250 to $400, set by the vehicle class — an economy car ties up less of your balance than a truck does. Refundable, and released once the vehicle is back in good order.
- Payment you already carry
- Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, on credit or debit. The deposit is set by the vehicle class rather than by the card. It has to be in the name the booking is under.
- The young-renter fee is a published figure
- The minimum age is 21. From 21 to 24 a young renter fee of $20 a day applies, and you see it in the quote rather than at the counter.

Do you deliver to my part of San Antonio?
Almost certainly. We work the whole city rather than a downtown radius, so the question is usually the hour rather than the address. Tell us where the trip starts — home, a hotel, an office, anywhere you can actually meet a vehicle — and we agree a delivery window with you before your pickup time rather than on the day. If your address turns out to be somewhere we cannot reach, you hear that while you are booking rather than when the vehicle does not arrive.
Do you serve the Joint Base San Antonio community?
Yes, and it is most of what we do. We rent to the JBSA community at Lackland, Randolph and Fort Sam Houston — active duty, Guard, Reserve, retired, and the families who move with them. Handover is arranged at a time and a place that works for you rather than one that assumes your week looks like a nine-to-five, because PCS timelines and TDY windows almost never do.
Is there a delivery fee, and how is it worked out?
Yes, when we bring the vehicle to you. It is based on distance and the pickup time, and we quote it while you are booking rather than adding it afterwards, so the number you agree to is the number you pay. Collecting the vehicle from us carries no delivery fee at all. Both options are open on every booking and we will tell you which one actually makes more sense for your trip.
Can you meet me at San Antonio International Airport?
Yes, and it is free in both directions. Send your flight details with the booking at least 24 hours out and we plan the timing around your arrival rather than around a counter opening. The vehicle waits in SAT’s long-term parking garage, so you walk out of the terminal to it instead of taking a shuttle to a rental centre and queueing behind four people who landed before you. Returns work the same way in reverse, to the same place.
Is same-day available everywhere you serve?
Yes. Same-day is a service we run across the whole area rather than a downtown-only convenience. What decides it is what is genuinely free that day and how far the vehicle has to travel to reach you — which is why a same-day delivery has to be arranged earlier in the day than a same-day collection. Tell us the class you want and the hour you need it, and you get a straight yes or no.
How far outside San Antonio will you go?
Further than most people assume, and the honest answer is that it turns on the address and the hour rather than on a fixed radius. Bexar County is routine. Past that, tell us where and when and you get a straight answer immediately, rather than working it out from a number on a map and deciding for yourself that we will not come.
